“I suoceri albanesi” è una divertente commedia di Gianni Clemente, attualmente in scena alla Sala Umberto.
La storia ruota intorno alle vicende di Lucio (Francesco Pannofino) e della sua famiglia, composta dalla moglie Ginevra (Emanuela Rossi) e dalla figlia adolescente Camilla (Elisabetta Clemente).
Lucio, ex comunista convinto, è un onesto politico locale. La moglie Ginevra è diventata uno chef di cucina molecolare, ed è poco avvezza ad accontentare i suoi cari con cibi saporiti e poco “alla moda”. La famiglia è in perenne litigio a causa di Camilla, viziata ed irascibile a cui i genitori non riescono a trasmettere i tipici valori della sinistra di un tempo che ancora, nonostante un imborghesimento crescente, rivendicano con orgoglio.
Completa il quadretto familiare l’ingombrante amica della moglie Benedetta, in perenne conflitto con l’età che avanza e con un principe azzurro che tarda ad arrivare.
La ruotine giornaliera viene interrotta dall’arrivo di un nuovo vicino di casa, il logorroico giramondo Corrado, che da subito fa breccia nel cuore di Benedetta e soprattutto dall’arrivo di una coppia di idraulici albanesi, ingaggiati per sistemare le tubature di un bagno.
E’ proprio quando i fratelli albanesi entrano prepotentemente nella vita della famiglia che i tanto sbandierati valori di uguaglianza e fratellanza si scontrano contro la dura realtà e mettono in crisi l’esistenza dei protagonisti.
Ne nascono alcune scene molto comiche, che trascinano il pubblico fino al finale della commedia, prevedibile ma coinvolgente grazie al talento e alla simpatia degli attori.
Il trascinatore del gruppo è sicuramente Pannofino, bravo a puntare sulle caratterizzazioni mimiche e vocali ormai oggetto di culto tra gli amanti della serie Boris e alla sorprendente comicità di Maurizio Pepe, abile a forzare i tratti distintivi di un tipico lavoratore albanese garantendo quindi risate sicure.

“The in-laws Albanians” is a funny comedy Gianni Clemente, currently on stage at the Sala Umberto.
The story revolves around the story of Lucio (Francesco Pannofino) and his family, consisting of his wife Geneva (Emanuela Rossi) and teenage daughter Camilla (Elizabeth Clement).
Lucio, former communist convinced, is an honest local politician. The wife Geneva became a chef molecular, and is not accustomed to please his loved ones with tasty foods and not very “fashionable”. The family is in perpetual quarrel because of Camilla, flawed and irascible whose parents fail to convey the typical values of the left of a time yet, despite an increasing gentrification, proudly claiming.
Complete the family picture the bulky friend of his wife Benedetta, in perpetual conflict with advancing age and with a prince who is slow in coming.
The wheels daily is interrupted by the arrival of a new neighbor, the talkative globetrotter Corrado, who immediately broke through in the heart of Benedetta and especially by the arrival of a pair of hydraulic Albanians, hired to fix the plumbing a bathroom.
It ‘just when the Albanian brothers come powerfully in the life of the family that the much-ballyhooed values of equality and brotherhood collide against the harsh reality and bring into crisis the existence of the protagonists.
Here came some very comical scenes, dragging the public until the final of the play, predictable but addictive thanks to the talent and the sympathy of the actors.
The driver of the group is definitely Pannofino, bravo to focus on facial expressions and vocal characterizations become a cult among fans of the series Boris and surprising comedy Maurizio Pepe, able to force the hallmarks of a typical worker Albanian thus ensuring safe laughter.
